Return Policy

Returns

• You can return an online order to us within 14 days from the day after receiving it for a full refund, exchange, or credit note.
• All returned items must be in original, resalable condition (unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.)
• Return postage is customers liabilty, we would recommend sending on a tracked service.
• Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of underwear and swimwear.

Instore Returns

• If easier you can exchange in person in store please bring along your dispatch note so we can process.

Christmas Returns 

• We have extended our usual returns policy to give customers peace of mind when shopping during the festive period.
• We will offer a refund for items purchased online from Friday 15th November 2024, as long as they are returned to us from Boxing Day until Sunday 5th January 2025.
• All returned items must be in original, resalable condition (unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.)
